Basically the left hand holds the C chord fingering and slides up and down the fret board as the right hand picks with a little hammer on and pull off with the 4th finger on the second string... 1st fret, 3rd fret, 1st, 3rd, 6th, 8th, 1st 3rd, 6th 8th, 1st and ends with a pick and pull off of the 1st string 3rd fret. It's a lot easier then is sounds.
